* (19th century) Landscape with Cow oil on canvas 9 3/4 x 15 3/4 inches. Property from the Collection of Kenneth Fugate and Carroll Heath, San Francisco, California relined. varnish has yellowed. There is visible uniform cracquelure across the surface. Some cupping has and previous pigment loss has resulted and surface appears dry. When viewed under ultra violet light, there are small spots of inpainting scattered across the composition, within these areas of previous pigment loss: within lower foreground grass, treeline, along distant vista.
