* (18th/19th century) Wood Elf oil on canvas 7 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches. Property from the Collection of Kenneth Fugate and Carroll Heath, San Francisco, California This painting has been relined. Under ultra violet light the varnish appears to be quite aged and is visibly milky. There appears to be a small spot of inpainting on right corner of brim of hat, just above elf's right eye. Surface appears to be stable.
