A mahogany swivel top game table comprising a hinged swivel top with lightwood stringing border, canted corners, and double molded edge, over a six sided frieze base with hollow interior, over a baluster shaft with heavily carved acanthus leaves, surmounting a ring turned support over four heavily acanthus carved projecting half-round knees resting on four heavily acanthus carved sabre legs with hair carved sides terminating in four paw feet with accentuated toes. Approximate height 27.5", width 36", depth 17" (closed), depth 35" (open).
