$5,120
An Elvis Presley prescription pill bottle for Dalmane. The bottle has a Walgreens Pharmacy label for 30 mg Dalmane, prescribed to Presley by Dr. Scott, dated September 14, 1974. The label instructs Presley to take one capsule at bedtime as needed for sleep. Presley is known to have taken benzodiazepines and other sedatives to relax, presumably to escape the pressures put on him due to his heavy work schedule. The prescription bottle was left with Dr. Elias Ghanem, who treated Presley at his residence behind the Las Vegas Hilton in the mid-1970s, and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the estate of Dr. Ghanem.
