A group of three acrylic awards presented to Jerry Lee Lewis. The first is a Memphis Music Pyramid Award, missing the base plaque, with a photograph inscribed by the presenter of Lewis receiving it. The second is from the Secretary of State W. Fox McKeithen at the Delta Music Museum and Hall of Fame in Louisiana in 2002. The third is a "Greatest Musician and Artist of All Time" award from the Detroit Fox Theater in Detroit, Michigan, on January 19, 2001.
