A Kurt Cobain used Super-Pro SM58 microphone from Nirvana's last recording session in 1994. Nirvana went into Robert Land Studios in Seattle, Washington January 28-30, 1994, where they recorded the song “You Know You’re Right.” This was the last song Nirvana recorded before Cobain’s death. The microphone was lent to the studio by Jimmy Free Recordings and was returned to Jimmy Free after the session was completed. The band had planned to return to the studio after their European tour, but Cobain's untimely death prevented that. The microphone is model PE50SP.
