A trophy presented to Pelé composed of a silver tone metal plaque housed in a satin presentation box along with a human tooth that has been painted with a miniature portrait of the Brazilian revolutionary Tiradentes (which means "tooth puller"). The metal plaque is engraved (translated) "To the Minister of Sports, Edson Arantes do Nascimento (Pelé), a Merit of Honor from Carlos Randy (Etrom) - April, 1996."
