A shield-shaped wood "Sports Merit" plaque display presented to Pelé by the Panathlon Club in Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil. The plaque features a raised picture of Pelé in the center with a gold crown and five raised Santos Football Club logos. A União FC logo is also displayed.
