The obverse of the medal features the SFC shield logo and a banner that reads "100 Anos, Meninos Para Sempre" [100 Years, Boys Forever]. The reverse of the medal depicts Pelé raising his arm in triumph. The edge of the medal is stamped "Casa Moeda do Brasil, Prata 900, 2012, 0038." Accompanied by a velvet presentation box.
