A trophy presented to Pelé in September, 1969, by the Sergeants P. M.M.G. Club while with the Brazil national football team in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The trophy is composed of multi-tiers of wood and two winged allegories with a silver medallion between them that reads “Honra ao Mérito” [Merit of Honor].
