A silver tone medallion presented to Pelé in 1966 for being a "South Atlantic" champion. The medallion features a football player on the front kicking a football. The back of the medallion features the engraved words "II Bras. Fut. de Praia/ 1966/ Campeão/ Atlântico Sul."
