A silver tone metal plate presented to Pelé on October 15, 1975, by La Asociacion Deportiva Inter Colegial [Intercollegiate Sports Association] of Barranquilla, Colombia, with the inscription "El mas grande y genial Futbolista/ de todos los tiempos" [The greatest football player of all time]. Around the circumference of the plate are 12 medallions. One of them features the Colombia coat of arms.
