A medallion presented to Pelé for his accomplishments in Brazilian football in 1958. The silver medal features a wreath of laurels framing a circular gold tone inset with the words "Honra ao Merito." The C.R. "spade" emblem appears at the bottom in white and blue enamel above an engraved "1958." Pelé won his first major title with Santos in 1958: the Campeonato Paulista.
