A plaque presented to Pelé in 1977 by the city of Três Corações, Brazil, in recognition of the city law (Lei Nº 1346) implementing the creation of the Pelé Museum of Image and Sound. The oxidized silver tone plaque features a distressed border and engraved lettering that addresses the specific articles of law while stating at the bottom of the plaque, "Ao Nosso Conterrâneo 'Pelé' as Homenagens/ do Povo de Três Corações. [To our countryman "Pelé" a tribute/ from the people of Três Corações.]" The plaque is dated September 15, 1977.
