A commemorative silver tone medal gifted to Pelé during the 1977 Cannes Film Festival at which the biopic directed by François Reichenbach, titled Le Roi Pelé , was presented. The obverse of the medal features a seagull below the word "Cannes." The reverse depicts a beach and seascape. Along the edge of the medal is engraved "La Ville de Cannes a Pelé - Festival, 1977."
