A 1967 Del Vecchio 6-string classical guitar made by Casa Del Vecchio Ltda. of São Paulo, Brazil, and gifted to Pelé by José Ribamar de Oliveira. Oliveria was a left-winger of São Paulo FC and the Brazil national football team. This guitar features a standard size classical body built with solidwood back and sides and a maple top with a single ornate red/black inlay binding that is also used in a multi-layered three-ring inlay alternating with two pearloid soundhole rings. The guitar’s neck is made of mahogany with a slot headstock, three-on-a-side metal shaft tuning pegs, standard nut with a zero fret, and a rosewood fingerboard with 19 frets.
