A gold tone medallion presented to Pelé in 1994 by Radio Caracas TV (RCTV) in Caracas, Venezuela. One of the most popular shows in the history of the network was the Horangel y Los Doce del SignoTV show featuring astrologer Horacio Germán Tirigall, popularly known as Horangel. Horangel's show was recurring on the network between 1965 and 1972. The front of the medallion features a Scorpio zodiac symbol on the front with lettering that reads "Horangel y Los Doce del Signo/ Rey/ Pele." The back of the medallion is engraved "Recuerdo A Nuestro Invitado Especia/ 1994/ Radio/ Caracas/ T.V." [I remember our special guest/ 1994/ Radio/ Caracas/ T.V.].
