The painted red metal trophy stands on a clear acrylic base. The dedication on the base is a tribute to Pelé, the "Atleta do Século" [Athlete of the Century]. It also commends Pelé's "70 Anos de Glória" [70 Years of Glory], referring to his 70th birthday on October 23, 2010.
