Very fine, thin, hunting-cased, keyless, 14K yellow gold, pocket watch. Accompanied by the original guarantee and fitted box. Four-body, "bassine", solid, polished. Hinged gold cuvette. Matte gold with champlevé Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial, engine-turned center. Blued steel Breguet hands. Cal. OLIW, 18''', Glashütte 3/4-plate, frosted gilt, 16 jewels, straight line Glashütte calibrated lever escapement, Lange Guillaume- type cut bimetallic compensation balance with timing screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, the terminal stud adjustable by a screw, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Notes Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 51.5 mm. The "OLIW " caliber was introduced in 1928.
