Very fine and rare, skeletonized, 18K white gold and diamond-set wristwatch with round button chronograph, register and an 18K white gold Breguet deployant clasp. Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 7 screws, bezel set with 36 white baguette diamonds, band set with 28 white baguette diamonds, straight lugs each set with 5 baguette diamonds on the top and 3 baguette diamonds on the side, gold screwed bars, cabochon diamond-set winding-crown and push buttons, sapphire crystals. Skeletonized, outer 1/5th seconds track with 5-second Arabic markers, subsidiary silver ring dials for the seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel Breguet hands. Cal. 520, skeletonized, rhodium-plated, hand-engraved bridges, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
