Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, center seconds, self- winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with day and date and a gold-plated Rolex buckle. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, fluted bezel, screw- down case back and crown, crystal with cyclops lens. Matte silver with applied pink gold baton indexes and luminous dots, outer minutes/seconds divisions, apertures for the day and date. Luminous pink gold baton hands. Cal.1556, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 26 jewels, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and five positions, straight line lever escapement, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, hack mechanism.
