Patek Philippe à Genève, No. 873396. Made circa 1965. Fine and rare, gilt bronze, solar-powered with electric winding, designed as a small Louis XV wall cartel clock. Accompanied by the original box and certificate. Designed as a gilt bronze Louis XV cartel, chased foliate scrolls, the solar cells concealed behind the grille below the dial. White enamel with radial Roman numerals outer minute track and Arabic five-minute numerals. Gilt-brass "Louis XV" hands. Notes Patek Philippe cartel clocks in the “antique” style are rare.
