Very fine and rare, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with chronograph, register and pulsometer graduation. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box, original Certificat d’Origine and the Extract from the Archives. Four-body, "bassine", solid, polished, engine-turned case back with central Islamic inscription, bolt at 11 o’clock for locking the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second chronograph divisions, outermost pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations, 30-minute register, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel “spade" hands.
