Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe wooden fitted box, original Certificat d’Origine, alternative silver and gold dial, spare mainspring and repeat spring, extra crystal and hands and the Extract from the Archives. Four-body, “pomme et filet”, polished bezel, reeded band, engine-turned back cover with polished border, the center with three engraved initials “G.Z.C”. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel “spade” hands. 18’’’, rhodium-plated, “fausses cotes” decoration, 23 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
