Accompanied by an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin bracelet and a Certificate of Authenticity. Three-body, polished, chamfered bezel, concave lugs. Two-tone silver with applied gold bâton indexes andArabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, 30-minute register, outer fifth second timing scale outermost tachometerscale in blue. Yellow gold "épée" hands. 13’’’ 295, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 20 jewels,straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 33 mm. Thickness: 10,8 mm. Notes Very few multi-scale medical chronographs were ever produced by the important watch manufacturers, even fewer have been preserved in such excellent condition.
