Exceptional set of four water-resistant, 43-hour power reserve, self-winding gentleman’s wristwatches with wandering day, date, hours, and minutes, on enamel dials. Notes “Métier “Métiers d’ s d’Art” Art” To mark the occasion of their 250th anniversary Vacheron Constantin have created this exceptional series, a limited edition of twelve sets of four watches. Each set contains a watch in yellow gold, one in pink gold, one in white gold, and one in platinum. The dials are decorated in enamel with Apollo’s chariot in applied gold. The platinum represents winter with blue enamel and diamond highlights, the white gold represents spring with a dial featuring rose and pink hues, the yellow gold represents summer with bright tones, and the pink gold represents autumn with orange tones. The present set is the first in this series; each of the watches will be engraved with number 1. This series of watches was created to honor the skill of Geneva’s celebrated artisans, and as, their dials are decorated using several of their time-honored techniques: champlevé enamel, translucid enamel, painting on enamel, and engraving and chasing.
