Very fine and rare, platinum, Art Deco gentleman’s wristwatch with sapphire-set dial and hooded lugs, with a white gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave bezel, hooded lugs. Matte silver with applied round andbaguette-cut sapphire indexes, outer dot minutes. Blued steel “demi-feuille” hands. Cal. 9’’’ 95, rhodium-plated,17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 30 mm. Thickness: 7.5 mm. Notes Simple and absolutely perfect, the studied simplicity of this model reflects the pure rationality of the late Art Deco period.
