Rolex “Prince Brancard” Chronometer, Ref. 971U. Glasgow import marks for 1930. Fine, jump-hour, rectangular curved, sterling silver gentleman's wristwatch. Two-body, flared, polished, stepped sides. Silver with painted Arabic numerals for the minutes, subsidiaryseconds dial, aperture for the jump-hours in red Arabic numerals. Blued steel “bâton” hands. Notes The case of this watch is that of a “Prince Brancard” with analogic dial. The movement was changed and replaced with a 971 HS “Prince Brancard” movement, with jumping hours.
