Very fine, one of a kind, mid-size, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concavelugs. Black with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiaryseconds. Yellow gold Breguet hands. Notes This watch originally had a silvered dial; the present black dial was specially made by Patek Philippe for one of its directors during the 1980s.
