“Luminous” Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 911165, case No. 629431. Made circa 1943. Very fine and rare, mid-size, waterresistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman’s wristwatch. Two-body, polished, stepped bezel,concave lugs, screwed-down case back. Brushed silvered with applied yellowgold Breguet numerals, outer minutetrack with dot five minute markers, subsidiaryseconds. Tritium coated bluedsteel "bâton" hands.
