Four body, massive, “bassine et filets”, engine-turned back with monogram to the central cartouche, reeded band engraved Quarters/hours between three and four and strike/silent at nine. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals andouter minutes track, engine-turned central field. Blued steel “spade” hands. 20’’’, frosted and gilt, 3/4 plate, partly Swiss made, 15jewels in screwed chatons for the going train, English lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued-steel Breguet balance springwith double overcoil, repeating and striking on two gongs via two hammers, repetition activated by depressing the crown, Sillent/Strikeand hour/quarters selection levers beneath the bezel.Dial and movement signed.Diam. 56 mm.
