Breguet, "Type XX", No. 5101/54 / 7230. Made in 1954. Fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel aviator’s wristwatch with round button "retour en vol" chronograph and register. Three-body, polished, screwed-down case back with Military Issue Marks, concave lugs, rotating bezel. Black with radium coated Arabic numerals, outer 1/5th seconds scale, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register. Radium coated "skeleton" hands. Cal. 222, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator. Dial and case signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
