Very fine and very rare, rectangular flared, "bombé", 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, rounded lugs, two-facet crystal. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial.
