Very fine and rare, small, 18K pink gold keyless lady’s pendant watch. Accompanied by original Patek Philippe box and certificate. Four-body, “bassine”, solid, polished, engine-turned case back, gold hinged cuvette. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with five-minute Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold “spade” hands.
