“Ref. 4667” Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 526408, case No. 356865, Ref. 4667. Made in the 1950s. Very fine and elegant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight and curved lugs. Satiné silver with pink gold bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold "bâton" hands. Cal. 1001, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32 mm. Thickness: 6 mm.
