"Baguette Duo-Plan" Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, "Baguette Duo-Plan", case No. 1158. Made circa 1940. Fine, circular, 18K yellow gold lady's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold linked and ribbed gold striped bracelet. Two-body, solid, polished, case back with screws, dust-protecting cap, back winder. Matte pink with painted Arabic and baton indexes. Blued steel "bâton" hands. Cal. 1005 baguette, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring. Case signed. Diam 11 mm. Approx. overall length 162 mm.
