“Pulsometer” Alto Watch Co. , Swiss. “Chronograph”. Made in the 1940s. Fine, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and pulsometer. Three-body, solid, polished, straight lugs. Matte silver with gold painted Arabic numerals and dots, “guilloché” subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer scale. Pink gold "bâton" hands.
