Very fine and rare “carré galbé”, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Two-body, solid, polished, triangular lugs. Matte silver with applied yellow gold indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold “bâton” hands.
