Electric master wall clock with dead center seconds. Two-body, rectangular, mottled green painted, hinged door with lock and circular dial aperture with chrome plated bezel, applied gilt metal Rolex signature and crown logo, the base with eight screwed terminals for the connections, wall fixing brackets. Matte black with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outer seconds track with Arabic five seconds numerals. White painted “baton” hands. 67 mm., nickel, three-wheel train, dead-beat escapement, driven from the electric mechanism housed in the case, the silvered plate with fuse casings for DC, Minutes and Seconds, buttons for setting the master time + 1/100, + 1/10, + Sec, Stop, Decal. Min., frequency adjustment aperture, knob for correcting the slaves. Dial signed Rolex, casing signed Rolex and with Patek Philippe signature plaques, movement signed Patek Philippe. Dim. 34.5 x 25 x 15 cm. Notes This master clock represents one of the very few occasions when the signatures of both Patek Philippe and Rolex can be found on the same piece. The clock is entirely made by Patek Philippe, the case is decorated in the Rolex livery and the case and dial bear the Rolex name.
