Very fine and rare, 18K white gold gentleman’s wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract from the Archives. Three-body, solid, polished, hinged back, dedicated gold cuvette, gold screwed bars, sapphire crystal. Porcelain white enamel with painted Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. Cal. 215 PS, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating balance-spring.
