So-called "Paul Newman" Rolex Cosmograph "Daytona, Ref. 6241. Made in 1970. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and black anti-reflection bezel with tachometer. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, tachometer graduation on the bezel to 200 units per hour. Bicolored, gold and "guilloché" black with tritium-coated black indexes, sunk auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Tritium-coated gold "bâton" hands.
