"Platinum and Gold Tank" Cartier, Paris, "Tank", No. 10139. case No. 11981. Ref. 1013. Made circa 1920. Very fine and very rare, square, platinum and 18K yellow gold mid-size wristwatch. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, yellow gold case back secured by 4 screws in the band, cabochon sapphireset winding-crown. Matte silver with painted radial Roman numerals and indexes. Blued steel "Breguet" hands.
