“Hobnail” Audemars Piguet, Genève, No. 68060, case No. 12083. Made in the 1960s. Very fine and unusual, thin, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with a platinum Audemars Piguet buckle. Three-body, solid, polished, wide hobnail decorated bezel, hooded straight lugs. White with applied white gold b‚ton indexes. White gold "bâton" hands. Cal. 2003, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 4 positions, blued steel flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 5 mm.
