So-called "Topolino" Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 971620, case No. 511303, Ref. 2414. Made circa 1949. Very fine and very rare, rectangular, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch. Accompanied by the original fitted box. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, rounded concave lugs, “bombé” crystal. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic 12, bâton and dot indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "bâton" hands.
