Fine and rare, center seconds, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch, with a 18K yellow gold-plated Rolex buckle. Three-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back, bezel and crown. Black with luminous baton indexes, outer minute track. Luminous yellow gold "Skeleton" hands. Notes The 18K gold version of reference 3116 differs from the stainless steel example in that it is a three-body case.
