Ref. 3233, Yellow Gold So-Called “ Moneta" Rolex, "Antimagnetic", Ref. 3233. Case No. 44982. Made in 1938. Very fine and extremely rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, black dial, register, tachometer, telemeter and a gold-plated Rolex buckle. Three-body, polished and brushed, concealed lugs. Black with gold painted radial Dauphine numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer and telemeter graduations. Yellow gold "baton" hands. Notes Reference 3233 was produced from 1938 to 1941 in stainless steel or gold. This model is called “Moneta” due to its shape without projecting lugs.
