Very fine and very rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, tachometer, telemeter and an 18K pink gold Rolex buckle. Three-body, polished and brushed, lapidated lugs. Silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Arabic 12, outer ninute/seconds divisions with Arabic five minute/ seconds, subsidiary seconds, 12-hour and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer and blue telemeter graduations.
