Fine and rare water-resistant, tonneau shaped, center-seconds, self-winding, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with pink gold Rolex buckle. Three body, polished and brushed, screwed case back and crown, engine-turned bezel with hour divisions. Matte pink with luminous Arabic, Roman, baton and triangular indexes, outer minute/seconds divisions. Luminous blued steel “Mercedes” hands. 9 3/4’’’, rhodium-plated, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Superbalance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32 mm. Thickness 13.7 mm. Notes This type of case is called “Bubble-Back” by English speaking collectors. The Italian collectors call the watch an “ovetto” due to the olive like outline of the case. Reference 3372 was referred to as the “Luxury Model” in period advertising.
