Ref. 6035-1, White Gold “Datejust” Diamond Dial Rolex, “Oyster Perpetual, Datejust, Officially Certified Chronometer”, Ref. 6305-1. Case No. 79761. Made in 1955. Fine and very rare, 18K white gold and diamond-set, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, gentleman’s wristwatch with two-color date and the original 18K white gold Rolex Jubilee bracelet. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, faceted bezel, crystal with "cyclops" lens. Black with applied diamond dot, luminous and painted baton indexes, outer minutes and seconds divisions, aperture for the date showing alternate red and black numerals.
