Ref. 4767 Pink Gold So-Called “Jean-Claude Killy” Rolex,”Oyster Chronographe, Anti-magnetique”, Ref. 4767. Case No 584461. Made in 1947. Very fine and extremely rare, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and triple date and 18K yellow gold Rolex buckle. Two-body, massive, polished and brushed, screwed case back and crown, inclined bezel. Two-tone gilt with applied pink gold indexes, outer minute/seconds divisions with fifth seconds and Arabic five minute/seconds, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer black painted graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Pink gold "baton" hands. Notes Reference 4767 was the first Oyster chronograph with triple date and chronograph. This reference was produced in yellow and pink gold as well as stainless steel.
